2670114 - Field label is truncated when editing Background blocks - Employee Profile

Archive Reason: Tested in demo and label only gets truncated in block's View Mode. In Edit Mode it already displays properly

Field label is truncated when editing the Live Profile Background Information block.

1. Go to: Employee Profile
2. Edit some background block

The label will be width of the dialog divided by the number of column displayed, it will be truncated with ellipsis when there is not enough space to display the characters.
