2670126 - Manage Sources app doesn't work - A technical error occurred.

When opening the Fiori app Manage Sources and using an ERP back-end system:

• User is presented with an exclamation point symbol and error "A technical error occurred. Please contact your system administrator."
• Inside a batch request, requests to OData service /OAA/F3003_MS_SRV/xoaaxc_Sites result in a 500 error with the exception:
  • CX_SQL_EXCEPTION
  • no data found: "SAPCAQ"."/OAA/CL_AMDP_S4H_COMP=>READ_PLANT line 26 col 5 (at pos665): [1299] (range 3) no data found exception: no data found
• Selecting from view /OAA/C_SITES_V in transaction SE16 causes a dump with the following header:
  Category ABAP programming error
  Runtime Errors AMDP_EXECUTION_FAILED
  Except. CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
  ABAP Program /OAA/CL_AMDP_S4H_COMP=========CP
