2670134 - Purchase order TM Status tab still displayed when changing to non TM-relevant purchase group

Symptom

You have a purchase order (PO) which is TM-relevant and correctly shows the TM Status tab. However if you change from a TM-relevant purchase group to a TM-nonrelevant purchase group, the TM Status tab still shows, even though the PO should not be TM-relevant anymore.
