2670141 - ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND with Kernel 7.49 or higher when using ~GENERATEDYNPRO=1

Symptom

Runtime Error "ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND" occurs after kernel update to kernel release 7.49 or higher
in case of ITS Services where the GUI parameter "~GENERATEDYNPRO" has been set with value "1".
