Resolution
The Search Settings controls how the customer's search results are filtered on the customer's search page.
- Show Search Labels: When set to No, search boxes on the site are populated with ghost text. When Set to Yes, GHost text disappears and labels show above the fields.
- Show Clear Button: Displays a Clear Search label on the customer's search page and allows a customer to remove anything they wrote in search boxes.
- Branded Search Form: When enabled, when a users performs a search on a branded page, they see results from all brands config-ured for the site, but the search form appearance is consistent with the brand.
- Branded Search Results: Can only be enabled if Branded Search Form is set to Yes. When enabled, if a user performs a search on a branded page, they only see results from that brand. Note this setting will not affect the list of jobs shown when no results are found for a particular search. All brands will be shown as the only criterion for these jobs is that they are the most recent.
- Limit Search by Locale: Limits the results on the customer's career search page to a certain language.
- Show Picklist Value for all Locales: The picklists will show all the translations/languages options When you try to search jobs using a filter in RMK site
In order to edit the Search Settings use the following steps:
- From Admin Center navigate to Manage Career Site Builder
- Click on Global > Settings
- Click on Search menu
