Resolution
If no data is provided to LMS for the "Days from launch to expiration" box, the item will be ignored by the Reset Online Item Automatic Process.
The mentioned information can be found in the Database under column RESET_CPNT_TIMEOUT on table PA_CBT_CPNT.
