2670236 - SUM step "Input SAP* User Password " - You must enter a valid SAP*

During upgrade a dual stack system in step: Input SAP* User Password, input the SAP* password but not work.

Additional Information
The update reconfigures user management engine (UME) so that only the SAP* user can access the system. The SAP* user is only active during the downtime phase of the update. The update program deactivates it after the downtime phase has finished and restores the original UME configuration.
Remember this password in case you need to access the system during downtime.
