You can change the email template being sent to the mentee and mentors in supervised and unsupervised programs, this is not available in open enrollment program.

NOTE: This is the only method of changing the email templates, the pre set template itself cannot be edited 

Procedure

1. Create a mentoring program unsupervised/supervised

2. Fill up the following information needed

3. In the tab of "Sign Up Form" you can see "Email Template" and press "Setup".

4. You will be able to customize the email template for the mentees and mentor.
