2670759 - Error: User <user name> does not have authorization for action Allowlist* request - Solution Manager

You use Change Request Management with central CTS to control your software distribution.

You are in a normal or urgent change document and you execute a PPF action that triggers the release and the import action of the transport of copies TOC in a normal change, or of the transport request in an urgent change.

You trigger the "Import Transport Request for Cluster" from the task list.

One of these errors are shown:

• User <user name> does not have authorization for action Allowlist* request PU 628
• Transport request <Transport Request ID> has been assigned to collection <Collection ID>
  Failed to add collection to Allowlist* /TMWFLOW/TRANSPORT 314
