Employee Central criteria "Job Information" is missing in "Configure Fields", when comparing users in Talent Search:

Cause
Currently, Job Information is not supported in the Advanced Info, when comparing users, due to complexity and variety of fields that are associated to Job information.
Resolution
Job Information in Talent Search is limited as to only search criteria, under section Advanced Search:
NOTE: Employee fields displayed in Job Information criteria is controlled by RBP permissions, defined in Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > Talent Search Field > Job Info.
