2670820 - Configtool does not display when executing configtool.sh in Unix systems

Run configtool.sh from the Configtool directory. There is no error presented in the console, Configtool doesn't get displayed or doesn't get displayed correctly. Looking into the configtool trace or log you see error:

No X11 DISPLAY variable was set, but this program performed an operation which requires it.

possibly also this error:

*note the value of the DISPLAY variable can differ. In the above example it is ':15:0'.
