2670832 - SAP Work Manager 3.0 JVM Bind Error is seen after installing a Microsoft patch

Symptom

After installing a Microsoft patch and then restarting the SAP Mobile Server SP07 PL07, the following errors are seen in the logs:

    Error: Failed to initialize end point associated with ProtocolHandler

    Error: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind <null>:32054
