2670890 - Personal Information Fiori Apps - Issues caused by missing customizing

Symptom

  • When opening 'My Personal Data' Fiori App gives,"Internal Error Subtype customizing is missing" error.
  • Another possible symptom is not to get a record when an infotype is managed on the corresponding Fiori application, for instance, using My Bank Details, Main Bank details aren´t displayed.
