2671038 - CJ20N: How to use search/replace functionality to rename WBS elements when copying project

Symptom

When copying a project in CJ20N, the interface named "Change Key" does not always appear. This interface is required so that the key/id for numerous WBS elements can be replaced on creation of the new project.
