2671114 - Country Code for Kosovo is Missing in Business ByDesign

In your Business ByDesign system you could not find Country and Country Code for Kosovo. Is it possible to add the Country Code?

SAP BUSINESS BY DESIGN

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Select Subview Implementation Projects.
3. Select the relevant Project.
4. Click on the Open Activity List button.
5. Under All Chevron choose view All Activities.
6. Search for the activity Lodging Per Diem.
7. Open the Activity Lodging Per Diem.
8. Click on Edit Per Diem Rates for Lodging.
9. Click on Add Row.
10. Search for Kosovo under Country.

Currently there is no official country code for Kosovo. The ISO organization has not yet issued such a code. Therefore you do not find it in the Business ByDesign standard configuration yet.

If you require a country code for Kosovo in your configuration you can activate this in Business Configuration via the following option:

In Business By Design:

1. Go to the work center Business Configuration.
2. Choose the subview Implementation Projects.
3. Select the relevant Project.
4. Click on the Edit Project Scope button.
5. Go to the section 4-Questions by clicking on the Next button.
6. Select and expand the Built-In Services and Support option.
7. Select and expand the Business Environment option.
8. Select the Units, Rates and Cross Application Data option.
9. Under Options Questions for Units, Rates and Cross Application Data select and expand the Business Option Countries with Prelimary ISO codes.
10. Select and check mark the question Do you want to add countries with preliminary ISO Code?

In Cloud for Travel and Expenses :

1. Go to the work center Business Configuration.
2. Choose the subview Implementation Projects.
3. Select the relevant Project.
4. Click on the Edit Project Scope button.
5. Go to the section 3-Review Questions by clicking on the Next button.
6. Select and expand the Built-In Services and Support option.
7. Select and expand the Business Environment option.
8. Select the Units, Rates and Cross Application Data option.
9. Under Options Questions for Units, Rates and Cross Application Data select and expand the Business Option Countries with Prelimary ISO codes.
10. Select and check mark the question Do you want to add countries with preliminary ISO Code?
