2671221 - Pricing Procedure Is Not Determined For Offline Pricing

Symptom

You created a new Sales Order in offline mode but the Pricing Procedure is not determined.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In offline mode go to the Sales Order work center.
  2. Click New.
  3. Enter the mandatory information.
  4. Click Save and Open.
  5. Click Actions > Simulate.
  6. The Pricing Procedure is not determined.

Cause

There is no Sales Organization maintained for your user. Sales Data is needed for the pricing procedure determination rules to execute.

Resolution

Please maintain Sale Data for the users who will use offline pricing. 

  1. Go to the Administrator work center.
  2. Go to the General Setting view.
  3. Under Users go to 'Employees'.
  4. Search and select the user in question.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Under the Sales Data section, make sure that an entry has been made for the Sales Organization which has been used in the pricing procedure determination rules.
