Symptom

  • Assignee entered an incorrect start date for the candidate.
  • How to update the candidate's start date in onboarding 1.O.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 - All Versions

Cause

  • Candidate Start Date is incorrect.
  • Request from the customer to update the Start Date.

Resolution

Kindly submit a ticket with SAP Cloud Product Support via SAP for Me, our compliance team will verify first before proceeding on correcting the data.
