2671403 - Usage of Page Break on Product-Matrix Survey

The page break is not applied into your product-matrix survey.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Surveys work center.
2. Go to the Surveys view.
3. Open the survey ABC (ABC represents the survey ID).
4. Add new design.
5. Choose question type:Matrix.
6. Tick the case Insert page break after question.
7. Simulate the survey.
8. Observe:The page break is not working for product-matrix survey.

Currently page break is not supported in SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer for product-matrix survey.

You can use Pagination in matrix survey instead of page break so that:

• Survey with large number of products can be divided into pages.
• This ease out the navigation capability within the survey.
• The user can directly jump from one page to another without having to scroll.
• Pagination is recommended for surveys which has large number of products and questions.
• This improves the performance in rendering the contents of the survey

This feature can be enabled while designing the survey. This flag is available within the details tab of the survey.
