Invalid subaccount (use permitted characters only; obey syntactic rules and length restrictions) in SAP Cloud Connector

• SAP Analytics Cloud on Cloud Foundry
• SAP Cloud Connector

1. Connect to SAP Analytics Cloud
2. Select "System > Administration" from the "Main Menu"
3. Click "Datasource Configuration"
4. Copy the Subaccount entry (###X#X##-####-##X#-#XX#-X##X####X#XX) to the clipboard
5. Start SAP Cloud Connector
6. Add a Subaccount
7. Paste the Subaccount in from the clipboard
8. Notice the error

SAP Analytics Cloud displays the Subaccount with uppercase letters

SAP Cloud Connector requires lowercase letters

1. Paste the Subaccount from the clipboard to a text editor like notepad
2. Replace all uppercase letters with lowercase equivalent such as "###X#X##-####-##X#-#XX#-X##X####X#XX" to "###x#x##-####-##x#-#xx#-x##x####x#xx"
3. Use the new Subaccount with lowercase letters in SAP Cloud Connector
