2671493 - [Expected Behavior] Unable to activate checkbox in provisioning for options Advanced Objective Management, Competency Library Management Suite and JDM v2.0/Skills Management

Unable to activate below options check box in provisioning, upon selection of the check box and save, it will uncheck by itself after saving.

1. Advanced Objective Management
2. Competency Library Management Suite
3. JDM v2.0/Skills Management — requires “Version 12 UI framework (Revolution)”, “Role-based Permission (This will disable Administrative Domains)”, “Enable Generic Objects” and “Enable the Attachment Manager”

SAP Successfactors HCM Suite - Provisioning

Step 1: Login to provisioning>company settings

Step 2: Tick the check box of below

1. Advanced Objective Management
2. Competency Library Management Suite
3. JDM v2.0/Skills Management — requires “Version 12 UI framework (Revolution)”, “Role-based Permission (This will disable Administrative Domains)”, “Enable Generic Objects” and “Enable the Attachment Manager”

Step 3: Save and refresh and come back to same page, you will see those box unchecked

Please find the below screenshots  for your reference.

You can only check one of the option, either using JDM1.0, or using JPB (JDM2.0). You cannot check below two option at the same time.

1. Competency Library Management Suite. It is for JDM1.0.
2. JDM v2.0/Skills Management. It is for JDM2.0.

Recommendation is not  to use "Advanced Objective Management" , it's an obsolete feature now, that's why it can't be checked.

It's totally replaced by Goal Frameworks feature under provisioning.
