Symptom
- You want to gather information about configuration of Business Partners such as reporter, processor, support team and sold-to party in Incident Management.
- You are working with Solution Manager Incident Management and you find that the user receiving the e-mail action is not displayed in SOST.
- You execute Help => Create Support Message and for certain systems the name of the reporter is not recognized in the Solution Manager system.
