2671767 - Recommended Items Direck Link Redirects Users To Learning Home Page

Users are redirected to their Learning home page when using the Recommended Items direct link.

Using a web browser, attempt to access the Recommended Items direct link (System Admin >> Tools >> Direct Link >> Direct Link Type: Recommended Items) as a user.

The Recommended Items direct link has been replaced by the Recommendations Tile (System Admin >> Configuration >> Landing Page Settings).

With the addition of the custom Tabs feature, instead of using the Recommended Items direct link, it is now advised to use the direct link to the tab in which the Recommendations Tile has been placed. You may retrieve the direct link from the pertinent tab by clicking on the "Copy Direct Link" button (System Admin >> Configuration >> Landing Page Settings).
*Currently there are no plans to remove the Recommended Items direct link from the LMS, as it may be used in a future product enhancement.
