2671820 - All project tasks are not Appearing in Report : Revenue by Team Member

All tasks available in a project are not appearing in this report.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business analytics work center
2. Go to Design Reports
3. Search for  reportRevenue by Team Member
4. Filter with  respective project ID
5. In rows add Project, Project task and Team member
6. and execute you will see that few taks are missing

 However if you go to Report ID: PROPRJU05_Q0001 and do same filtering and rows and columns  mentioned above, you will see all project tasks are not appearing.

The purpose of both reports are different:
Report PROPRJU05_Q0001 Project Time Recordings is project based.
Report PROCPIU03_Q0001 Revenue by Team Member is expense based.

In general all Project tasks are shown for which expenses exist,but above reports or respective data source has a restriction that  they would excludes expenses that are assigned to  sales orders with  item type: fixed price, cause we do not calculate a revenue for these expenses.

In case all project tasks are needed we recommend you to create your own report .i.e you  can create join data source using one data source PROCPIU03 - Revenue Contribution and other data source where the desired data exist.
