Symptom

An example of a complex schedule:

You have a requirement to schedule a job to run on the 1st of every month, with the following conditions.
If the 1st is a Mon, Tue or Wed, then the job should not run on 1st , it should run on the next Monday.
If the 1st is a Thu, Fri, Sat or Sun, then job should not run on 1st , it should run on Second Monday.

Below is an example of how it should run.
In Aug 18, Oct 18, Jan 19, the 1st falls on Wed, Mon and Tue, so Job should be triggered on next Monday which is on 6 Aug, 8 Oct and 7th Jan.
In July 18, Sept 18, Nov 18, Feb 19, 1st falls on Sun, Sat, Thu and Fri, so the job should be triggered on second Monday which is on 9th July, 10th Sept, 12th Nov and 11th Feb.
