2671906 - How to setup Location Based Routing in SAP Contact Center

Symptom

  • Calls entering a particular Country/Location Gateway (GW) need to be:
    1. internally transferred through SAP Contact Center (CCtr) and
    2. call should be re-routed out from GW that is closes to the destination number, to save cost
  • For instance, someone in Germany wants to call a US number, but:
    1. instead of calling directly to the US number from the German location, the call should
    2. go trough the German GW, then internally out to the US GW and finally out to the destination number (PSTN)
