Symptom
-
Calls entering a particular Country/Location Gateway (GW) need to be:
-
internally transferred through SAP Contact Center (CCtr) and
-
call should be re-routed out from GW that is closes to the destination number, to save cost
- For instance, someone in Germany wants to call a US number, but:
- instead of calling directly to the US number from the German location, the call should
- go trough the German GW, then internally out to the US GW and finally out to the destination number (PSTN)
