Symptom

  • Is it possible to determine the internal IDs of Workforce Analytics metrics/measures from the site itself?
  • They are sometimes required, e.g. for creating Workforce Analytics Tiles in BizX.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics
  • Worforce Analytics on SAP HANA

Resolution

  1. Open Measure Overrides in the Admin menu for Workforce Analytics.
  2. Click Add New, and a dropdown list of all available measures will appear, each displaying its ID and title.

Note: This information will only be available for Standard Measures. Custom Measures developed by the customer will not be available.
