2671948 - Position Title changed for old terminated incumbent - Employee Central

After Position Title change in a Position, an old terminated employee that was incumbent for the same position got the position title name changed in the Employee Profile, and no record for this change was made in the terminated employee history, just in the position.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. An Employee is Terminated
2. Another Employee is assigned to the that position
3. The Position Title is changed
4. The new Position Title will appear to the terminated employee on Employee Profile

This is Expected Behavior by the system, Organization Information in Employee Profile will always look at the position object in specific date, according that the default date value in Employee Profile is "As of Today" the system will look at how this object is in that time and not the record of the employee, that is why when looking at the history of the terminated incumbent the value is correct and has no record for this Position Title change.
