Symptom

During web service communication or when executing the Ping Web Service functionality in SOAMANAGER, one of the following errors is raised:

  • SRT Framework exception: Service Ping ERROR: Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("Error in HTTP Request: Invalid version(44)"),
  • SRT Framework exception: Service Ping ERROR: Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("illegal request version").
