Symptom

  • OpenDocument link containing special characters in URL encoded format does not work in Internet Explorer on BI 4.2 SP 4 Patch 3.
  • The opened report is starting to refresh then "The page could not be found" is appearing. 
  • Issue is not reproducible using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
