2672220 - "Message server state not set if started with rdisp/TRAC" after updating SAP Kernel

After updating SAP Kernel you can see in AS Java at NetWeaver Administrator (http://<host>:<port>/nwa) → Configuration → Infrastructure → Message Server the following text:

( 6) ( 0.014) Message server state not set if started with rdisp/TRAC     (note 2209809)

As in image below:

You have checked that SAP Note 2209809 is already implemented, and the text message is still there.
