2672263 - Stock Values are not Updated in Cloud For Customer after Service Ticket is Released to SAP ERP

Symptom

You are using the Service Ticket Follow-up scenario from Cloud for Customer to SAP ERP and Items/Parts have been added from Stock Location previously replicated from SAP ERP to Cloud for Customer.

Once the Ticket is released and follow-up documents are successfully created in SAP ERP, Stocks are updated in SAP ERP, but the same doesnt happen in Cloud for Customer.

This is also applicable for S4 HANA integration.
