2672317 - Poor performance when clicking on a work item with lots of attachments in SBWP

Symptom

  • Performance issues when opening workflows in the inbox. 
  • You must wait several minutes for a work item to open upon clicking on it in SBWP.  
  • Especially for workflows whose documents are in large files with several thousand documents, the waiting time is extremely long.
  • Poor performance when reading all business objects from the Workflow and additionally the attachment attributes based on the object type and object key.
