2672438 - Cannot check-in a model to a change list, if another user is simultaneously checking in the same model - SAP PD

• It is not possible to check-in a model to a change list, if another user is simultaneously checking in the same model.
• Two different repository users check-out the same model from the repository to make changes at the same time, and when trying to perform the check-in into a new change list if there is a check-in in progress the other user won't be able to perform a check-in for the same model.
• The users do not have full permissions
