2672495 - URL parameters not working when being appended to an OpenDocument URL

Symptom

In Lumira Designer, there's a requirement to append a parameter to an OpenDocument URL following the instructions listed on the official documentation (appending &IsM<Parameter>=<value> to the end of the URL).

This does not filter the application as expected and the following warning might occur:

Changes in variables could not be submitted. Some commands could effect in incorrect output. Please check the variables' values in the command sequence before command 'SET_ITEM_PARAMETERS'.
