2672853 - Import of Presentation from Power Point Causes Strange Distortions in Presentation

Importing a presentation from Microsoft Power Point in a (ppt. pptx. pdf) format:

• While in Presentation module, choose to import from Power Point on menu located in top right corner of screen
• View slides in Presentations
• Background behind black font and white background looks dirty, not a clean white around the letters.
• Slides with grids or boxes the outlines of the boxes are not all the same thickness.

1. Create a power point and import it into the presentation module.

2. View the slides one by one, if slides have white background, or table, these are distorted or have been formatted different then what 
appears in Microsoft Power Point.

The pptx. format that Microsoft Power Point automatically saves the presentations as does not load correctly into SuccessFactors Presentation module

Save the presentation as a .pdf instead, which helps to remove almost all of the formatting errors that occured.
