2673497 - Document Routing Notification Email for Offer Approval is not Received by the Approver - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When approvers are added to an Offer Approval, some of them are not receiving an email notification.

Environment

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. External candidate applies for the job;
  2. Candidate is moved to the Offer status in the talent pipeline status;
  3. The operator under Take Action creates an Offer Approval;
  4. The same operator add himself/herself as the approver;
  5. A document routing notification email is not received by the operator.

Resolution

It is expected behavior a current operator do not receive a document routing notification email when adding himself/herself as the approver for an Offer Approval.

Please note: it is also expected that the same logic extends to user adding themself to the "Additional Recipient" field in Document Routing Notification.
