2673657 - Freeze Candidate Name Columns in Candidate Summary Page - Recruiting Management

• Recruitings users when go to candidate summary page they can see the list of candidates with many columns. If there is more columns, they have to scroll to the right to see the remaining column values. When they scroll, the name of the candidate is hidden and they do not know which candidates values they are seeing.
• The article presents a way how to freeze the Candidate Name column to provide a better user experience in case you have serveral columns added to your candidate summary page. This is part of the product enhancements for Q3 2018.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

On the Candidate Summary page, users can freeze the Candidate Name column so when the user scroll right the name does not disappear. To perform this you can use the following steps:

1. In the Display Options popup of the Candidate Summary Workbench, you'll see a checkbox called "Freeze the first column (candidate name)":

• When enabled, these should freeze/lock the Candidate Name column in the application list;
• When disabled, this first column should not be frozen and all columns should behave as before.
