2673678 - How to limit the URL access of the Cloud Connector to localhost (instead of FQDN)

Symptom

There is a need to limit the access of the SAP Cloud Connector WebUI to localhost only, for example the access via https://localhost:8443 should work, whereas https://<Fully Qualified Domain Name >:8443 should not.
