2673701 - Drop Schema Fails with Error " invalid identifier: Drop of this special schema"

Symptom

Drops schema with SQL statement "DROP SCHEMA <schema_name> CASCADE" fails with the following error:

Could not execute 'DROP SCHEMA <schema_name> CASCADE'
SAP DBTech JDBC: [258]: insufficient privilege: Drop of this special schema: line 1 col 13 (at pos 12)
