Symptom

  • The following error occurs when accessing Central Management Console (CMC) -> Inboxes:
     An unexpected problem occurred while decoding JSF component {0}.
  • The total items number in CMC->Inboxes is bigger than the total items number in User List page of CMC->User and Groups.
  • End-To-End trace of the issue reveals below info: (The below UserName is the missing user in User List page.)

        CInfoStoreSubsystem::Query_IsAllowedToSeeObject: user has no right to see the object <UserName>
