2673962 - What is the use of key OS_AssigneeUserId in Onboarding 1.0?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The key OS_AssigneeUserId is used in a standard panel (SAP_Standard_OrientationManagerSetup) if Orientation Manager is enabled in the feature settings Super Admin.
• It is also used as a key in the assign options when setting the process assignee for Orientation Step in Onboarding. 

Note: If the key ‘OS_AssigneeUserId’ is used in a process assign options and ‘Orientation Manager’ is not enabled, the system will follow the next assign option. In addition, if no other key is set aside from ‘OS_AssigneeUserId’ the system will automatically and randomly assign the activity to a user with permission to take the Orientation Step.
