2674077 - Need multiple attachment field in Job Information

• The business scenario needs that all approvers will upload different attachments during approval steps.
• But jobinfo has just one attachment-id field and we need multiple.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors Platform

1.  Go to a test employee profile and Take Action  > Make changes to Job information > Trigger workflow having multiple approval steps.
2.  Go to the workflow by proxying as approver 1. Upload attachment1 in the attachment field and approve workflow step.
3.  Proxy as 2nd approver, upload 2nd attachment and approve the workflow.
4.  Notice that the first approval step attachment gets replaced.

Every portlet supports only one attachment field.

 Job information portlet supports only one attachment field as per design.

Workarounds:

1. Use multiple workflows same effective date different sequence. In each, sequence make different approvers and now you can attach different files in each record.

2. Create and use user-based custom MDF Object to store multiple attachments per user.
