• The latest information can always be found at System Requirements and Technical Prerequisites. Google Chrome (latest version) and Microsoft Edge (latest version) are fully supported.
  NOTE: Google releases continuous updates to their Chrome browser. We make every effort to fully test and support the latest versions as they are released. However, if defects are introduced with OEM-specific browser software, we cannot guarantee fixes in all cases. If you have a question about a specific version (for example whether a specific version is supported), please log a support case.
• Internet Explorer (IE) 11 (latest version) is no longer supported as of QRC 4 2021 (2021.20).
• SAP Analytics Cloud no longer supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11), in accordance with Microsoft’s announcement that Office 365 will no longer support IE 11.
• Mobile web browsers (for phones/tablets) such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge for iOS, Android, Windows 10 Mobile, and other phone/tablet operating systems are not supported. Use the SAP Analytics Cloud Mobile App. See 2595187 SAP Analytics Cloud Mobile App for iOS Limitations.
• Mozilla Firefox is not supported.
