2674190 - Object not appearing as checked out despite message saying object is already checked out

• When you try to check out an object from the Data Services Central Object Library, an alert saying "The object is checked out by the current repository from central repository : <repository_name>" pops up.
• Upon clicking yes, a completion message appears indicating that the object checkout was completed.
• The object is still not appearing as checked out in the Data Services Central Object Library.
