Unable to unrate a Skill in Skill Portlet

SuccessFactors - Employee Profile - Job Profile Builder

Go to People Profile --> Skills Profile Portlet --> Click on the pencil icon to Edit --> Click on the one remaining Skills rating --> It will not be removed.

Go to Manage Data --> Skill Profile --> Search the Skill Profile of the User by Clicking on Take Action, Make Correction

Update the selfRatedLevel field value to 0 for the Skill for which you want to remove the rating and Save.

This will remove / empty the rating provided for that Skill in the Skill portlet.
