2674343 - Satisfaction Survey Link in E-mail Template from Workflow Rule for Activity Task Does Not Work

You defined a workflow rule that sends e-mails with satisfaction survey links for activity tasks; however, the links do not work as expected.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Make the necessary actions that match the conditions to trigger the workflow rule responsible for sending e-mails for activity tasks;
2. Try to open the satisfaction survey link in the e-mail sent.

You notice that the link does not work, it does not lead you the desired survey.

Currently, workflow rules for Activity Tasks do not allow the work with Surveys by using survey placeholders in e-mail templates.

This is the current system standard behavior. In the 1811 release there is a roadmap to include a validation during the design of a workflow rule which will not allow you to create it with survey placeholders for Activity Task Business Object.
