2674613 - User Search by job code

If an Admin without the "view job code" workflow, searches for a user they can still find out the job code of our employees by using the filter criteria.

Step 3:Search for job code

Step 4: You can find all user with that job code even though you are not allowed to know their job code

The "view job code" workflow allows users to view the actual Job Code record.

It does not prevent users from searching for Job Codes

There is another workflow called "search job code"

This should be removed from the user's role to prevent them from searching job codes.

Once this workflow is removed, users will not see any results if they search using the job codes filter. (As shown below)
