Symptom

BPF is able to open workbook but is not retrieving query variables.

An error occurred while trying to check if the Workbook Custom Ui.System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\(USERNAME)\AppData\Local\Temp\sapaocache\(CACHEVALUE)\download\(FILENAME).xlsm' because it is being used by another process.
