2674890 - Auto PO creation from PR fails in background job

• The system has configured to enable the generation of Purchase Orders from Purchase Requisitions automatically. On occasions Purchase Requisitions are not converted and errors are received in the application log.
• Why are Purchase requisitions not converted to Purchase order.

• The 'Enable Automatic Creation of PO from Replicated Central PR' has been enabled cloud in solution, but a Purchase Order is not being created automatically when saving a Purchase Requisition.
