2675019 - Unable to Find Assigned To Employee in Shopping Cart Management View

You searched for open shopping carts and assign them to another employee. However you cannot see to whom the shopping cart is assigned to

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center
2. Go to the Task Distribution view
3. Go to the Shopping Cart Management view
4. Select the relevant Shopping Cart ID and select Assign To
5. On the screen you cannot see to whom the Shopping Cart is assigned to

System cannot display the Assigned To details because the data is protected and hence you do not see the details in the Shopping Cart Management view screen. This is an expected behavior

Once you assign the open shopping carts to another employee, the additional employee to whom the shopping carts are now assigned will be able to view and process them. You can open the shopping cart and there is a hidden field called Additional Responsible under personalization. You can mark this field and see the Additional Responsible to whom it is assigned
